Paralegal Certificate Program
Designed by paralegals for paralegals and taught by local attorneys, the Paralegal Studies Certificate program is an intensive, comprehensive, skills-based 17-week program. The program is offered in Knoxville in two formats: as an on-campus evening course and as an online self-paced program with your own attorney instructor to guide you throughout the process. Upon successful completion, you’ll earn a non-credit certificate in Paralegal Studies. The curriculum trains you in the aspects of paralegalism most in demand. In addition to the core paralegal program, you’ll take substantive courses such as tort, contract and/or criminal law. You’ll also receive in-class and online instruction on both LexisNexis and Westlaw as well as access to an exclusive online study support portal that provides lecture notes, interactive exercises, mock exams and writing labs. Complete details about the program, including an online test drive, are available at www.utparalegalstudies.com/portal/testdrive.
