The University of Tennessee is closely monitoring the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. University leaders are working with government and public health agencies and continue to follow guidelines from the U.S. Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization.
Our staff members are available to assist you with non-credit course registrations and questions by phone at 865-974-0150 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your health and safety continues to be our top priority along with the greater University of Tennessee community. As circumstances change, the University may alter or suspend programs at any point in the future and restrict participants who have traveled to or from affected areas.
Continuing into 2021, classroom seating at the UT Conference Center will be arranged with respect to social distancing, and all classrooms will be sanitized before and after each class session.
Please note that all visitors of the UT Conference Center must complete a Health Screening Form each day they visit the conference center.
All students, faculty, and staff are required to wear a face mask while on campus, including in classrooms, elevators, and outdoors except in situations where social distancing is applicable in all directions at all times.
Students with concerns about face masks due to a medical condition may contact Student Disability Services to discuss alternative face coverings. Decisions about face coverings are made with the health and safety of the community in mind. As such, Student Disability Services will not waive the requirement to wear a face covering while on campus.
Visitors to the conference center should follow the guidelines in the document titled “Conference Center Visitor Guidelines.”
We will continue to update you as we receive additional information. Please continue to monitor your email. For more information about the University of Tennessee operations and efforts, please visit utk.edu/coronavirus.
